Return & Refund Policy

At Chinling Eco-Insect Pte Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality live insects and organic products.

1. Live Insects (Mealworms, Superworms, Crickets, etc.)

Due to the nature of live products:

  • All sales are final

  • No returns or refunds are accepted for live insects

  • In the event of DOA (Dead on Arrival):

    • Customers must provide photo/video proof within 2 hours of delivery

    • Verified cases may be eligible for partial refund or replacement

2. Fertilizer (Mealworm Frass)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Improperly handled live insects

  • Products damaged after delivery

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refund will be issued via original payment method (PayNow / Credit Card)
