Return & Refund Policy
At Chinling Eco-Insect Pte Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality live insects and organic products.
1. Live Insects (Mealworms, Superworms, Crickets, etc.)
Due to the nature of live products:

All sales are final

No returns or refunds are accepted for live insects

In the event of DOA (Dead on Arrival):

Customers must provide photo/video proof within 2 hours of delivery

Verified cases may be eligible for partial refund or replacement

2. Fertilizer (Mealworm Frass)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

Item must be unused and in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products

Improperly handled live insects

Products damaged after delivery
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refund will be issued via original payment method (PayNow / Credit Card)
